was born in Grossetto, Tuscany. He is living legend of pizza oven builders. This type of the pizza oven uses hard wood and can eaisly reach 700 C. You can find GianFranco´s oven in Tokio, London, Paris and in many other places around the world.

is located in the historical site of the Chvaly´s Fort. The Restaurant by itself was originaly the Smith-House built in the 17 th century. Next to GianFranco´s owen is the charcoal grill, where the meat and the fish is made to the perfection.

The head of our kitchen is Michal Víšek. Jiří graduated the Hotel School in Bolzano, Italy. After that he spent a few years workink in fine restaurants in the region Alto Adige. This unique cousine is the part of Mr.Kukla´s Menu. The rest of our cooks is mainly trained i Italy as well.

introduces over 20 types of the wooden oven pizza´s and over 20 types of home- made pasta´s delicious Ravioli and Lasagna are served as well. The meat and the fish is grilled to your choice. There is also a large selection of salads and appetizers. And ofcourse as the desert Tiramisu, which is our pride.

offers over 330 wines from Czech and Moravian wineyard´s. The big winemakers are represented by Znovín Znojmo, well known for its superb quality. The small winemaker´s are represented by names as Velké Žernoseky, Roudnice or Arcibiskupské sklepy Kroměříž. Ofcourse there is a large selection of the imported wines, especially from Italy.

offers the beers from our partner Staropramen Brewery. Perfectly chilled Staro- pramen 10% or Velvet. If you like something more exotic, try some of our 46 kind´s of The Grappa or Frozen Vodka-Cranberry sorbet.
